Two Die in Lancaster County Farm Accidents

Lancaaster, Pa. — Farm accidents claimed the lives of two Lancaster County farmers recently.

Levi K. Stoltzfus, 34, of the Ronks area died at Osteopathic Hospital here Oct. 2 of head injuries suffered in a fall at his barn. One of his five children found him lying on the concrete outside the barn, where he apparently had fallen from a ladder while making repairs to the structure. He was a member of the Amish church.

Complications which followed a field accident proved fatal to John Zeiset, 66, of East Earl. While helping with the silo filling he was run over with a tractor, which passd over one side of his body.

He is survived by his wife, the former Lydia Martin, 20 children and 92 grandchildren. He was a member of the Churchtown Mennonite Church, and funeral services were held Sept. 30 at the Weaverland Church.
