Fruit Grower and Farmer Of Kidron, O. Dies

Kidron, Ohio. — Peter C. Sommer, 81, well known fruit grower and farmer of this community died March 28 at Lake Side Hospital in Cleveland where he had been a patient for 45 days.

Funeral services were arranged for Friday afternoon at the Kidron Mennonite Church.

Mr. Sommer was born March 21, 1880. His wife, the former Anna Berg, died 12 years ago and he continued to live on the home farm with his children, the Ellis Lehman family. Also surviving are a son, Denver, and a daughter, Mrs. Armin Burkholder; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren; one brother, Noah C. Sommer; and one sister, Mrs. Jacob M. Gerber.
