Former Sugarcreek, O. Business Man Dies

Sugarcreek, Ohio. — Funeral services for A. P. Snyder, 65, retired auto dealer here, were held Oct. 6 at the First Mennonite Church. He died at the hospital in Dover on Oct. 3 after several years of failing health.

Mr. Snyder operated the A. P. Snyder Ford Agency here for 32 years, retiring in 1963 because of ill health. He was active in the Mennonite congregation here, serving as a trustee for a number of years.

His first marriage was to Orpha Hostetler, who died in 1961. Survivors include his second wife, the former Opal King Dueker; one son, Paul, of Coshocton; four stepchildren; two sisters and two brothers.
