Martha Smeltzer, 88, a resident of Millers Merry Manor since May 1985, died Sept. 27. She had suffered a severe stroke earlier in the week. She is survived by seven daughters, two sons, one brother and a number of other relatives. She was a member of Holdeman Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held, with Simon Gingerich in charge.
