BENJAMIN SEILER

Benjamin Seiler, son of Peter and Lydia Seiler, was born near Archbold, Ohio, June 22, 1892, and passed away in his home there on Wednesday, January 23, at the age of 59 years, seven months and one day. He had been failing in health for the past year and death was caused by a heart ailment from which he suffered intense pain for seven weeks.

On December 15, 1917, he was united in marriage with Mabel Roth. This union was blessed with seven children of whom two daughters survive.

In February 1928 he accepted Christ as his personal Saviour and united with the Evangelical Mennonite church in which he remained a member until his death.

He leaves to mourn his departure his sorrowing wife, two daughters, Eldora May at home; Mrs. Mary Jane Blosser and son-in-law Marquis Blosser of West Unity; three brothers, Frank and Henry of Archbold, Amandus of Carson City, Mich.; and five sisters, Mrs. Mary Ann Brace of Archbold; Mrs. Elizabeth Stoll of Wauseon; Mrs. Alice Fricke; Defiance; Miss Ida Seiler and Mrs. J. L. Fricke of Archbold, beside a host of relatives and friends.
