— The funeral of 10 year old Melvin Schwartz, son of Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Schwartz of Berne, Ind., was held at the Mennonite church in Berne on Wednesday, Dec. 11. The cheerful, likable lad passed away after a comparatively short illness, for which an operation proved unsuccessful. Rev. C. H. Suckau was in charge of the services.
