text of obituary:

Mrs. Sarah Schutz

Sarah, youngest daughter of Jacob and Barbara Bixler, was born near Pandora, Ohio, Sept. 29, 1862, and departed this life at her late home on Friday morning, Oct. 26, 1928, aged sixty-six years and twenty-seven days.

Her entire life has been spent in this community, where she has been known and loved for what she was, a friend to all. Her natural disposition was to be quiet, reserved and unostentatious, but her character ran deep and her worth is attested by the love of a large circle of friends. To know her was to love her.

In early youth she gave her heart to God and her life to the serivd3 of the church, by uniting in baptism with the Swiss Mennonite church, near Pandora. In the faith by which she has lived, she died.

The funeral which was in charge of Rev. J. M Regier was very largely attended by sympathizing relatives and friends. Interment took place at the Pleasant Ridge cemetery. The floral tributes were very large which speaks of the high esteem in which Mrs. Schutz was held.
