LEVI SCHROCK

Funeral services for Levi Schrock were held Monday afternoon, Aug. 16, at 3:00 o’clock at the First Mennonite church of Nappanee, Ind., Rev. J. J. Enz, minister, in charge. Burial was in the Union Center cemetery.

Mr. Schrock died at his home, southeast of Nappanee, Saturday morning at 6:00 o’clock, of heart trouble. He was born May 4, 1875, in Howard county, ind., and had lived in the vicinity for the past 50 years.

He was united in marriage to Mary Ann Ringenberg in 1890 and she passed away in 1927. He was married to Emma Bielle in 1834 and she survives, along with two children, Elva May Schrock and Eldon R. Schrock, both of Nappanee. One sister, Mrs. Jesse Berkey of Millersberg also survives, along with one grandchild.

He was a member of the First Mennonite church and had followed farming as his life’s work.
