Ithaca, Mich. — A harvest-time accident near here on Sept 12 claimed the life of Mrs. M. Nora Schneider 58, of rural Ithaca.

She had taken a truck to the soybean field where her husband, Clarence, was combining. When he went to move the truck to the combine, he accidentally backed over her. She was dead on arrival at the hospital.

A son, Glenn Schneider and family, were in Mexico and flew home to attend the funeral, held Sept. 15 at the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite.

Surviving in addition to the husband and son Glenn are three other sons, Verle of Stapleton, Ga., Alvin of Barrons, Wis., and Wendell at home; three daughters, Mrs. Janice Temple of Hillsdale, Wis., Mrs. Retha Miniger of Barrons, Wis., and Mavis, at home.
