DAVID SCHMOR

Funeral services were held in the Clearbrook (B.C.) Church on April 24, for David Schmor who passed away at the Vancouver General Hospital on April 22. Rev. H. G. Thielman officiated.

Mr. Schmor was born in South Russia in 1882, came to Canada in 1903 and lived in British Columbia for 14 years. He had been resident in the Tabor Home in Clearbrook at the time of his death. The remains were forwarded to St. Catharines, Ontario for services and interment.

Surviving are his wife Anna; two sons, Henry and Dave, St. Catbarines; two daughters, Mrs. John (Tina) Isaak, and Mrs. George (Nettie) Schindel, both in St. Catharines; three step-sons, Jake Loewen, Depah, Manitoba; Frank Loewen, Abbotsford and Henry Loewen, Calgary; two step-daughters, Mrs. Anna D. Peters, Hepburn, Sask., and Mrs. Linda P. Schmidt, Terrace, B.C.; as well as 13 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.
