FARM POND CLAIMS LIFE OF 13-YEAR-OLD OKLAHOMA GIRL
Chickasha, Okla. — Funeral services for 12-year-old Wanda Mae Schmidt who lost her life by drowning in the farm pond at her parent's home, were held Aug. 14 at the Plainview Mennonite Church, Ministers Abe D. Koehn and Glen Nightengale officiating.
Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ferdie Schmidt; five sisters and six brothers; her grandfather, Henry Sebrant of Chickasha; and great-grandmother, Mrs. Andrew Sebrant of Moundridge, Kan.
