REV. HENRY SCHMIDT OF CORDELL, OKLAHOMA CALLED AWAY IN DEATH
Rev. Henry Schmidt, 76, of Cordell, Okla., for many years a minister in Mennonite congregations of Oklahoma, passed away at his home on March 13.
He had suffered much since last October, and especially during the last two weeks was his suffering very severe.
Funeral services were held at the Sichar church on Sunday afternoon, march 17, attended by many relatives and sorrowing friends from far and near. Burial was in the church cemetery.
