AGED MEMBER OF METAMORA, ILLINOIS CONGREGATION DIED
Metamora, Ill. — Funeral services were held at the Metamora Mennonite church July 20 for Christian D. Schlabach, 88, who passed away at a Peoria hospital July 17. He was one of the oldest members of the church and community here, and had spent almost his entire life in this vicinity. He was born in Waterloo, Ontario on March 16, 1864.
Surviving are four daughters and one son, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
