— Friends here have received word of the recent death in California of J. J. Ruth, formerly a resident of Kansas. He was now living in Riverside, Calif., although he had organized the Ruth-Ringelman Hardware store in Parlier some years ago. His wife and son John and six brothers and two sisters survive him.
