TWO-YEAR-OLD BOY DROWNS IN LAKE AT SARASOTA, FLA.
Kalona, Iowa. — Mr. and Mrs. Sol. C. Ropp of Kalona received word that their two-year-old grandson, Steven D. Ropp, drowned in a lake near his parents' home at Sarasota, Fla. on April 30. They left for Sarasota to attend the funeral.
The little boy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Ropp, was born April 18, 1960. Besides his parents and paternal grandparents, he leaves two brothers, one sister, and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Yoder of Ohio.
