Former Tabor College Professor Dies

SERVICES FOR JOHN P. ROGALSKY HELD AT DINUBA, CALIFORNIA

Hillsboro, Kan. — Word was received at Tabor College recently of the passing of Prof. John P. Rogalsky, 73, who headed the German department at Tabor for a number of years following World War II.

In recent years he had made his home in California, where he died on June 24. Funeral services were conducted at the Dinuba Mennonite Brethren church on June 27.

Born and educated in Russia, Prof. Rogalsky migrated to the United States in 1922. He served as a Bible school teacher at Reedley and Dinuba, Calif. and for some years was principal of the Immanuel Bible School at Reedley.

His death came shortly after the May 18 death of his wife, who was a member of the Tabor dining hall staff for a number of years. They are survived by two children and four grandchildren.
