JACOB ROGALSKY

Jacob Rogalsky was born in 1886 in Alexanderkrone, Sagradowka, Russia. In 1910 he married Katherina Wiebe. God blessed this union with six children. Three daughters died during their infancy and in February, 1949, his wife also preceded him in death. In November, 1949, he married Agatha Koslowsky and through this union another daughter was added to the family. Blessed with a good measure of health, he enjoyed the fellowship with believers until a week prior to his death. On November 11 he went to be with his Saviour and Lord.

Funeral services were conducted in the Coaldale (Alta.) Church on November 15. Rev. D.J. Pankratz, officiating at the service, chose Ps. 23:4 to portray David's consciousness of security in the valley of the shadow of death because of the Lord's presence and protection. Rev. H.P. Nikkel compared our years to a chain of opportunities which when passing can be utilized for God, but when spent are gone as a tale except for its impressions.

Left to mourn Mr. Rogalsky's passing are his wife, two sons, one daughter, one stepdaughter, two daughters-in-law and two sons-in-law, and their families.
