TWO-YEAR-OLD BOY RUN OVER BY TRUCK, FATALLY INJURED
Topeka, Ind. — An accident at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Ringler near Sturgis, Mich.. claimed the life of their two-year-old son, Douglas, when he was run over by a pick-up truck driven by his grandfather, Amos s. Eash of Topeka.
Mr. Eash backed the truck out of the barn, and was unaware he had run over the boy until he saw him run toward the house. The lad collapsed and died a short time later.
Funeral services were held at the Topeka Mennonite Church, with Rev. Roy Henry officiating.
