● Funeral services were held Nov. 12 at Grace hill Mennonite Church, rural Newton, for Arthur N. Riesen, longtime Newton area resident and retired farmer. James Voth officiated. Survivors include one son, Marlin, of Topeka; one daughter, Florene Penner of Burrton; two brothers, Karl of Hillsboro and Orlando of San Leandro, Calif.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
