Operator of Feed Mills Called

Altona. Manitoba. — Jacob P. Riediger, founder and president of J. P. Riediger and Sons, Ltd. feed mills, passed away recently at the age of 68 after a long illness.

Funeral services took place at the Morden M. B. church on April 27, with Rev. Frank Friesen, Rev. J. A. Toews, and Dr. A. H. Unruh officiating.

The deceased operated the Morden Milling company for many years before 1941, when the mill and elevator were destroyed by fire. He then erected an elevator and feed mill, and the firm now has elevators at Haskett and Winkler also.

Mr. Riediger came to Canada from Russia in 1924. He leaves his wife, four sons and two daughters.
