NICK REIMER
Nick Reimer died Oct. 7. He was born July 17, 1926 in Davidson, Sask., to Nickolai and Sara Reimer. The family moved to Yarrow, B. C. in 1928. His father started a nursery. Nick left school at 15 to help him. He attended Elim Bible School, Yarrow, during the winters. He was baptized in 1947, joining Yarrow MB Church. He married Erna Bartsch May 20, 1951. They moved to Mt. Lehman, B.C. in 1980, joining Bakerview MB Church, Abbotsford. He loved music, singing in choirs and attending concerts. Predeceased by daughter Sylvia, he is mourned by Erna; daughters Madelyn Friesen, Lydia Altenmueller; sons Paul and Albert; 4 sisters. The funeral was Oct. 13 in Bakerview MB Church with David Ewert, Michael Dick and Hans Kasdorf ministering.
