INFANT FATALLY INJURED WHEN CAR OVERTURNS NORTH OF WICHITA
Wichita, Kansas. — Funeral services were held at the Bergen Funeral Chapel, Goessel, on Dec. 10 for Jewel Faye Reimer, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Reimer who was fatally injured in an auto accident on Dec. 6 and passed away at St. Francis hospital December 7.
The Reimers were returning to their home here when their car skidded and overturned about four miles norht o here. Mrs. Reimer suffered a fractured collar bone, fractured pelvis bone, and cuts and bruises, while Mr. Reimer was not seriously injured..
The child who suffered a brain concussion, was born Sept. 22, 1947, at Bethel hospital, Newton. the grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Henry Riemer of Hesston and Mr. and Mrs. D. F. Schmidt of Lehigh.
