FARMER DIES WHILE DOING CHORES
Mountain Lake, Minn., March 8. — Funeral services were conducted for Jacob Reimer, 52, Sunday at the First Mennonite church, north of Butterfield. The Rev. Victor Sawatzky was in charge.
Reimer died just a few hours after he started work at the Earl and Goerge [sic George] Knudson farm. He became ill, and died while doing chores in the barn at about 8:30 p.m. February 28.
Dr. G. w. Gingerich, coroner, attributed his death to a heart attack. — Mountain Lake Observer.
