OKLAHOMA PIONEER DIED AT AGE 82

Corn, Okla. — David Reimer, 82, who with his wife resided on a farm near here for 40 years, died at his home in Corn on Wednesday morning, Aug. 9. He was a pioneer settler here, coming from Buhler, Kansas with his family in 1894. His birthplace was in Russia.

Funeral services were scheduled for either Saturday or Sunday, depending on arrival of children from Washington.

PIONEER SETTLER IN OKLAHOMA COMMUNITY LAID TO REST AUG. 12

Com, Okla. — David Reimer, pioneer settler who came to this community from Kansas in 1894, died at his home here on Aug. 9 at the age of 82. He had been active in church and community affairs, and served on the building committee of the new Mennonite Brethren church here.

Funeral services took place Aug. 12 at the M.B. church, with Rev. H. S. Boese in charge, assisted by Rev. L. H. Smith, Rev. Henry Hege, Rev. K. H. Flaming, and Rev. Elmo Warkentin.

Mr. Reimer was born in Russia and came to this country in 1892.
