Again death has reached into a congregation and without warning took one of the members. death came to Howard R. Reiff, of Philadelphia, Pa. on Monday evening, May 16th a short time after supper. Mr. Reiff seemingly enjoyed perfect health, until suddenly he sank down and in a few moments life was gone. The doctor pronounced it heart failure. Every phase of the Church will miss him. He was a member of the Board of Trustees, a regular attender at Sunday School and Worship. Mr. Reiff was born December 15th, 1880, and thus brought his age to 46 years, 5 months and 1 day. Funeral services were held on Tuesday. Interment at Northwood. Rev. A. J. Neuenschwander assisted by Rev. N. B. Grubb conducted the service. He leaves to mourn his departure, his wife, three children, his parents, and a host of friends and relatives. "God's finger touched him and he slept."
