● Justine Regier, 86, died Aug. 14 at Wheat State Manor in Whitewater. She was a homemaker. Services were held Aug. 18 at Zion Mennonite Church, Elbing, with Craig Morton officiating. Survivors include two brothers, Bernhard Busenitz of Whitewater and Art Busenitz of Benton; and three sisters, Margaret Thiessen of Newton, Hedwig Wiebe of Burns and Elizabeth Unruh of Hillsboro. Her husband, Bernhard, died in 1977.
