— At Garden City, Kansas, funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 20, for P. F. Ratzlaff, who was fatally injured when he was struck by a car as he was crossing the street at night. Death followed several days after the accident occurred. Mr. Ratzlaff was an employee of the Western Terminal Elevator Co.
