Mrs. Peters was born in Russia Nov. 23, 1887, daughter of John and Lena Rogalsky. She married John H. Peters Feb. 13, 1912, at Hydro, Okla. They had lived in Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas before coming to Dallas in 1935.
