— Martin Penner, a pioneer in the Mennonite community at Winkler, Manitoba, died at his home there on Friday, Feb. 13. l Funeral services were postponed until Sunday, Feb. 232, to permit his daughter and her husband to come from Mexico for the funeral. mr. Penner was 73 years of age.
