PIONEER MT. LAKE RESIDENT DIES

Mt. Lake, Minn. — Mrs. Jacob B. Penner, one of the pioneer residents of this community, died Dec. 3 at a local nursing home at the age of 96 She had resided at the Eventide Home here for a number of years.

Mrs. Penner was a member of the First Mennonite Church, where funeral services were conducted by the pastor, Rev. Willard Wiebe, assisted by Rev. H. H. Quiring.
