FORMER HILLSBORO MAN DIED IN CALIFORNIA
Hillsboro, Kan. — Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Penner of the Ebenfeld community near here received word of the death of their son, Jacob Penner, Jr., 26, who passed away April 1 at Stockton, Calif. The body was to be returned here and funeral services held at the Ebenfeld M. B. church.
The young man, who had been employed on the West Coast, visited here about two years ago. Death was due to a heart attack. Surviving besides the parents are three brothers.
