In Colonia Sommerfeld, John Penner had bought a tractor, as did also several other farmers. Driving the tractor home after delivery in Asuncion, Penner’s 24 year old son David drove ahead of the group and a short time later was found crushed to death under the overturned machine. The accident happened at three o’clock at night.
