— Word was received here that Arthur H. Penner, 67, former Hillsboro postmaster, died at his Hillsboro home on Nov. 26 after suffering a heart attack. Before his service as postmaster he was in the implement business. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the First Mennonite Church, with Rev. Roland Goering in charge.
