LARGE NUMBER ATTEND FUNERAL OF ISAAC H. NOLT IN LANCASTER COUNTY

Weaverland, Pa. — Funeral services for Deacon Isaac H. Nolt took place at the Weaverland meeting house on July 25, with Bishop Aaron Z. Sensenig and Pre. Isaac Zimmerman in charge.

Deacon Nolt, who was born February 2, 1874, was widely known among his people, the Old Order (Wisler) Mennonites, in both this country and Canada. Bishops and ministers from Virginia and Indiana attended the services. Over 1,000 persons filled the large meeting house to pay their last respects to the deceased.

Besides the surviving children, 88 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren survive. Death was caused by a heart attack which was followed by a stroke.
