DIPHTHERIA FATAL TO CHILD AT WITMARSUM SETTLEMENT IN BRAZIL
Curitiba, Brazil. — A two-year-old boy in the Witmarsum settlement died of diphtheria on March 30.
The boy was Rudolf Nikkel, son of Adolf and Hilda Nikkel. It was the first case of diphtheria that has developed here. There have, however, been many other kinds of throat ailments.
