BARBARA AMY NAFFZIGER

Barbara Amy Naffziger was born at Hopedale, Ill., on Sept. 25, 1877, a daughter of Michael and Lena Zehr Saltzman. She died at the Hopedale Hospital where she had been a patient for one day on May 31. She married Daniel Naffziger at Hopedale on Oct. 20, 1901. He preceded her in death.

Surviving are two daughters, Fern and Mona Naffziger, with whom she resided; a brother, Raymond Saltzman of Varna, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Eash of Flanagan, Ill. One son and five sisters preceded her in death.

Mrs. Naffziger was a charter member of the Boynton Mennonite Church.

Funeral services were held at the Davis Mortuary in Hopedale. Rev. Harvey Nunemaker, pastor of the Boynton Mennonite Church, officiated, assisted by Rev. Ivan Kauffman of the Hopedale Mennonite Church.
