Secretary of Mennonite Publ. House Called by Death.

After a serious illness of several weeks, Levi Mumaw, secretary-treasurer of the Mennonite Publishing House, Scottdale, Pa., passed away on June 4 at the age of 55 years.

Born at Vinesburg, Ohio, on Nov. 16, 1879, he spent most of his youth in Ohio and Indiana, later moving to Illinois and Pennsylvania. in addition to his work as secretary of the Mennonite Publishing House he also held the position of vice-present of the Mennonite Board of Missions and Charities at the time of his death.

Funeral services were held June 5 at the Scottdale Mennonite church, conducted by Rev. A. D. Wenger and O. N. Johns. Interment was made in the Martens church cemetery at Orrville, Ohio.
