Manager Suffers Fatal Attack

Shipshewana, Ind. — A heart attack suffered Saturday evening, Nov. 30, at the Lagrange County Hospital claimed the life of George M. Mishler, 68, manager of the P. B. Stewart Stockyard at Topeka for the past 16 years.

Mr. Mishler had not been ill until Saturday morning when he suffered a slight attack and was admitted to the hospital.

A native of Howard County, Ind., he farmed west of Lagrange for many years, moving to the present home south of Shipshewana eight years ago.

Survivors include his wife, the former Celestia Miller, one son, one daughter, seven grandchildren, brother and sisters, and his step-mother, Mrs. Clarence Bontrager of Middlebury.

Funeral services were conducted Dec. 3 at the Shore Mennonite Church, of which he was a member.
