Ruth (Mrs. Thomas) Miller, 85, died of cancer at Pleasantview Home recently. She is survived by her husband; three sons, Lynn of Wellman, Roger of Kalona, and Ned of Des Moines; two daughters, Jean Thomas of Lancaster, Pa., and Nedra Schrock of Kalona; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Christine Troyer of Denver, Colo. Thomas is now a resident of Peasantview Home.
