Business Man Called by Death

Springs, Pa. — Funeral services for Myron G. Miller business man and civic leader of this community, were held at the Springs Mennonite Church on Oct. 28. Bishop Roy Otto officiated, assisted by Rev. Daniel Whitacre, pastor of the Maple Glen Church of the Brethren.

Mr. Miller was co-owner of the Miller Machine Works, a trustee of the Springs Mennonite Church, and a director of the Meyersdale Community Hospital.

On Sept. 6 he was taken to the Jefferson medical College hospital in Philadelphia, where he was a patient for six weeks. while taking further treatments at the hospital, he and Mrs. Miller lived at the Y.M.C.A. where he suffered a fatal heart attack on Oct. 24 at the age of 59. He is survived by his wife, Grace Moser Miller, and four children, Elnora, Blaine, Richard and Gary.
