— Henry Miller, an old time resident of this section and the oldest male member of the Mennonite church passed away at his home north of the village Sunday evening at 11 o’clock. Deceased had been ailing since January, and gradually grew weaker, being unable to retain nourishment during the past two weeks. He complained o but little pain, and the end came peacefully.

Funeral services were held from the Mennonite church, Wednesday afternoon, the services being in charge of Revs. Friesen and J. C. Peters, the former speaking in the German and the latter in the English language.
