YOUNG MAN KILLED WHEN CAR CRASHES INTO REAR OF TOMATO TRUCK

Cochranville, Pa. — Wilbur Mast, 28, of Christiana, died Sept. 8 several hours after the car he was riding in telescoped into the rear of a loaded tomato truck on Gap hill.

William F. Bunting, 20, his companion and driver of the car, was critically injured.

Wilbur leaves his parents, Isaac C. and Lydia Stoltzfus Mast; two brothers, John and Samuel; and one sister, Elizabeth.

Funeral services were conducted at the Millwood church by Noah Hershey and Leroy Stoltzfus, and burial was made in the adjoining cemetery.
