IVAN C. MARTIN

Ivan C. Martin of Goshen, Ind. was called Home on Nov. 19, 1970. He was 57 years old.

He leaves his wife Bertha; four daughters, Sherrill (Mrs. Larry Vardaman), and Bonita (Mrs. Bill Kauffman), both of Middlebury, Ind., and Joan (Mrs. Jim Jantzi) of Wood River, Neb., and Brenda Sue at home; one son, Dana, of Shipshewana, Ind.; eight grandchildren; one brother, Titus of Goshen, Ind., a sister, Violet (Mrs. Marvin Culp) of Goshen, ind.; and his father, Frank H. Martin of R. 4, LaGrange.

Mr. Martin was born in Elkhart County near Goshen, Ind. on May 16, 1913. On Oct. 220, 1934 he was married to Bertha Naomi Myers. He lived in the LaGrange area five years. He was a retired painter and decorator. He was a member of the Shore Mennonite Church near Shipshewana, Ind.

Funeral services were conducted on Nov. 21 at the Yellow Creek Mennonite Church near Goshen. Rev. J. C. Wenger and Rev. Orvin Hooley officiated, and burial was made in the Yellow Creek Cemetery.
