AGED MICHIGAN COUPLE REUNITED IN DEATH, LEAVE 154 DESCENDANTS
Ithaca, Mich. — The aged Jacob B. Litwiller and wife Lydia of this community are now united again — this time in death. Mrs. Litwiller, 89, died at her home Feb. 26 just 30 minutes before funeral services were conducted at the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite for her husband, who died suddenly Feb. 22, at the age of 91.
The Litwillers had lived in this community for over 66 years and were one of the oldest couples in Gratiot county. They leave a wealth of relatives and friends, including five sons, two daughters, 58 grandchildren and 89 great-grandchildren.
