WIDELY KNOWN DAIRY FARMER AT KIDRON CALLED AWAY IN DEATH
Kidron, Ohio. — This community was saddened when the news was received that Sylvester Lehman, prominent dairy farmer and trucker, had died unexpectedly from a heart attack.
Born Nov. 1905, Mr. Lehman spent his entire lifetime in this community.
He was a trustee of the Sonnenberg Mennonite School board of education and for many years served as treasurer of the Christian Laymen's Tent Evangelism, Inc.
His wife, the former Martha Bixler, and 12 children survive.
Ministers officiating at the funeral were Louis Amstutz, I. Mark Ross and Harlan Steffen.
