PETER LANGEMAN

Peter P. Langeman was born May 19, 1891 in Margenau, South Russia. There he spent his youth, and in 1918, was married to Agatha Dyck. With his family he came to Canada in 1926 and settled on a farm near Brandon, Man. In 1936 he moved to Leamington, Ont., where the family has lived since.

He was in failing health for the last eight years, his condition requiring lengthy periods of hospitalization during the past year. Though his illness became a heavy burden both to his family and himself he always maintained a friendly spirit and never became impatient or complaining. He died in Leamington hospital on October 17, 1965.

He is survived by his wife, Agatha; two sons and three daughters and their wives and husbands; 20 grandchildren; and two sisters.
