— Mrs. Fannie Landis, a native of the Canton community, died May 15 at Lebanon, Oregon. The body was returned here and funeral services were announced for Thursday afternoon at the Spring Valley Mennonite Church near Canton, Rev. Charles Diener officiating. Mrs. Landis' husband, George B. Landis, died in 1928. She is survived by one daughter, three sons and three step-sons. A step-son, Melvin Landis, resides at Hesston.

— Mrs. Fannie E. Landis, 82, widow of J. C. Landis and a former teacher at Goshen College, died recently at Elkhart, Ind. She was a daughter of Rev. J. S. Coffman, one of the founders of Goshen College. Funeral services were held at the First United Evangelical Brethren Church in Elkhart, of which she was a member.
