Funeral services were held July 13 for Henry D. Kroeker at Bethesda Mennonite Church. He died July 11 in Lincoln. In 1943 he helped establish the Henderson State Bank and remained with the bank as vice president and director until age 71. Survivors include four sons and their wives, three daughters and their husbands, 17 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, thee sisters and two brothers. he was preceded in death by his wife, Justina, two brothers and once sister.
