Retired Farmer Died At Pretty Prairie
Pretty Prairie, Kans. — Funeral services for John R. Krehbiel, 75, well-known retired farmer of this community, took place Sept. 12 at the First Mennonite church here. He died Sept. 10 at Grace hospital, Huschinson [sic], after a six months’ illness.
He was born in McPherson county, Kans. on June 19, 1876, and had lived in this community for over 50 years.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth, two daughters, five sons, and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
