— A resident of the Hillsboro, Kans. community since 1887, H. C. Kaufman, passed away there on Oct 30, at the age of 91. For many years he followed the trade of cabinet-maker and millwright, and for 18 years, served as city assessor. He was a member of the Mennonite Brethren church.
